The Imperfections
I truly do my best to clean, buff, clean again, and finish each item carefully—however, tiny bits of dust, minor marks, or small imperfections may still appear. These items are handmade art pieces crafted with the intention of perfection, but they may carry inevitable little blemishes.
Why is it priced this way?
Each piece takes time and many steps to complete: conditioning the material, sculpting, refining details, repeated cleaning, curing/baking, sanding, glazing/finishing, and final assembly with hardware and packaging. You’re not just purchasing a trinket—you’re supporting time, skill, and a whole process.
Refund Policy
Because items are handmade and often made-to-order, I don’t offer standard refunds. That said, I care a lot about your experience—if there’s a true quality issue, please reach out and I’ll work with you to make it right.
How long does it take?
Processing time: Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing (creation + packing) before shipment. If your item is already in stock, it may ship sooner (often within a week).
Once your package is handed to the carrier, shipping speed depends on the delivery service and your location.

Shipping Policy
Domestic & International Shipping
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated Shipping Times (after shipment)
- Domestic: 3–10 business days
- International: 2–6 weeks (varies by location and customs)
Note: These are estimates. Delays can happen due to carrier volume, weather, holidays, or customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is with the shipping carrier, delivery times are unfortunately out of my hands. If your package is delayed:
- Check your tracking link first for the most recent scan.
- Contact your local post office/carrier with the tracking number.
- If you still need help, reach out to me and I’ll do what I can on my end.
While I put my heart into my work, I’m not responsible for lost mail once it’s in the carrier’s possession. Please contact me with any questions or concerns about your order.
